Strive to be self-aware

Don't be a stranger to yourself. The best way to be happy is to understand what you are good at and what you want in life. Knowing yourself will also help you understand others and be a better friend.

On a piece of paper write down the ten best things about yourself. Then write ten things you'd like to improve about yourself. Save the paper and look at it again in six months. Has your list changed?
